The hotel's location was ideal, just minutes from the beach. However, the shower had weak pressure, and the absence of an ironing board was inconvenient.

The location is a significant highlight, only a 10-minute walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants and a supermarket. A unique touch was the charming rooftop area with a resident cat and various birds, creating an inviting atmosphere. However, the room cleanliness was lacking, as the sheets had a stale smell, and hair was found on the bathroom floor. Not to mention, the absence of shampoo was disappointing. Fresh fish dishes nearby were a delicious plus, but these amenities might not outweigh the negatives for future visits.

I stayed for three nights and found the garden outdoors to be pleasant. The owner was helpful and shared stories about the area. One night, I enjoyed time on the rooftop, soaking up the sounds of the city. The location allowed easy access to local attractions, including a great art museum nearby.
The room could have been more updated. Some fixtures were worn out, and I had to deal with some noise from the street. No one wants a bathroom that feels outdated.

excellent access to parks and vibrant local markets in san juan
I enjoyed wandering around and discovering the bustling la placita de santurce, which was just a quick 15-minute walk away, and taking in the beautiful views at plaza ventana del mar, both making my weekend city strolls absolutely delightful. while the staff were friendly and eager to help, the facilities could use some updating, but the charm of the area made it worth it.

The rustic charm pulls you in, with a rooftop area that offers decent views and a great spot to unwind after a day exploring. Location is prime in Condado—right near the beach and a grocery store just a block away. plenty of eateries within walking distance.
The cleanliness left much to be desired, with reports of dirty linens and unkempt bathrooms surfacing more than once. The furniture is outdated, and the TV, along with the WiFi, decided to go on vacation during my stay. Additionally, the lack of a bathroom door in the rooms really throws a wrench in the privacy department, especially if you're sharing space with friends or family.
